Since our foundation in 1997, when we were still a subsidiary of Dt. Binnenreederei, we have grown steadily and purposefully with the change of ownership in 1999 to become a major provider of logistics services in Rostock.

ScanRo GmbH has been a 100% subsidiary of the Baltic Lloyd group of companies since 2013. With its range of services, ScanRo GmbH is an important service provider for security in European and global goods traffic, a partner for the repair of port handling technology and the provision of equipment for internal transport, as well as the operator of a truck wash in the forecourt of the seaport of Rostock.

In 2018, we added another pillar to our portfolio with Nordic Cargo Germany GmbH. As a joint venture with our partner NCS Finland Oy, we offer international transportation with a focus on Central Europe – Scandinavia v.v
