This includes the organization of the entire stay with the aim of a fast, smooth and successful handling of the port call in cooperation with all parties involved. This includes berth reservations, all official procedures, the organization and monitoring of port handling, documentation and invoicing, as well as taking into account the wishes and requirements of the ship’s crew in the event of crew changes with airport transfers or hotel accommodation, the organization of medical appointments, shopping or repairs. We are also happy to provide support with questions relating to customs clearance, cargo securing or marine and cargo survey in cooperation with our partners from all areas of the port industry.
